I just installed Fedora 23 on my Dell XPS 13 9350 and set up dual monitors with a Displaylink adapter (a total of 3 monitors, including the laptop). Fedora handled it much better than Ubuntu did, however I did notice that when right clicking something (ie in any browser), or clicking on a menu (ie File, Edit, etc. in gnome-terminal), or even just hovering over an "info" bubble in the compiz config settings, they all appear on the far left monitor, regardless of which monitor is set to Primary/Secondary.

Most of the posts I found regarding this were issues people had on fedora 22 and it was fixed by switching to fedora 23. I've tried updating video drivers, playing with compiz config settings, etc. I'm just not sure where to look for fixing an issue like this.

Is your Displaylink Adapter USB3.0? Is it working out of the box, or does it need any drivers?

It is USB3.0, and I've installed the drivers for it to work from here (note: the drivers are made for Ubuntu, but someone was able to port them to Fedora): http://nothen.com.ar/en/support-for-d...
