Hello, my laptop works fine a half year with f16. Now i want install f17, but i get a black screen while booting from usb-stick (32bit and x8664). I have checked the usb-stick on other PC's and it worked. From CD i get a kernel panic (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/showbug.cgi?id=830505 ). In the attachment is a lspci -v. Can someone tell me what i can do? Press CTRL + ALT + F2/F3... doesn't have any effect. kernel.sysrq=1 dont work for me in boot parameter? Has anyone a idea to get some output? The f16 image works fine. I have checked the f17 iso also!

I had a similar problem with F17 on my ThinkPad x220. I'm not sure the cause, but was able to boot with the Basic Video Driver option. Maybe this will work for you?
