I tried install F18 via USB on HP server (hp proliant 380 g6), I installed with this parameter nomodest, xdriver=vesa, text.... When finished and reboot just show me a black screen without any thing (no cursor or any thing else). is it a fedora bug? or the hardware incompatible?

Closing this as a question for outdated Fedora release. Fedora 18 is not supported anymore.

It would be best to move on to Fedora 20. You don't expect support for Fedora 18.
