Give user root privilege

Hello, Some time when I want to execute some code or create new file I cant because of permission, so I got to switch to root Session evry time and it's really wast of time and pissing me off . So I'm wondering how to give my account all privilege.

If when you install the system, you checked "add user to administrator group" (or something like this), you should use the command sudo, like "sudo yum update", then system ask for your password.
