I tried to run F16 on a computer that works with previous versions of Fedora. The 32 bit versions of F16 halt the computer. On the boot screen I see an error message 0.851430 c08116ff error code 0x67/0x6c The last line on the screen is 0.854201 c081663e kernel-thread-helper 0x67/0x6c

I believe this may have something to do with the kernel, for the following reason: As of an update on F15 on 11/18/2011, I get a similar message. Fedora (,i686) halts, will not boot. Reverting back to previous version: Fedora ( boots normally.

The 64 bit versions boot without any problems on the same machine. Can anyone explain the meaning of this?
