The sim connection is ok because I used it on windows on same machine and every thing happens perfect device works nice in windows. I don't understood why it's not working ? I am using beetel 3g dongle. If anyone have some solution then please help.

Have you installed the following two packages? usb_modeswitch and usb_modeswitch-data? If not, do so:

sudo dnf install usb_modeswitch usb_modeswitch-data

In order to further assist you, we would need more information about the chipset:

lsusb -v

You need to connect to the internet elsewhere, how about something like "Internet Cafe", "Cyber", or neighbors, university, library, coffeeshop....whatever. Fedora needs to be online, always.
