liblto_plugin.so not found

I have this problem on my Fedora 23: I really would to start programming but I can't even compile a program like "int main () {}". When I write "g++ -std=c++11 name.C" I get "g++: fatal error: -fuse-linker-plugin, but liblto_plugin.so not found compilation terminated.". I tried to locate plugin.so and I get "/usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/5.3.1/liblto_plugin.so /usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/5.3.1/liblto_plugin.so.0 /usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/5.3.1/liblto_plugin.so.0.0.0". I don't know what to do please help me

use 'rpm -V gcc-5.3.1-2.fc23.x86_64' to check gcc package integrity and if there are problems try figuring out what has happened before reinstalling it.
