Change language => How to rename Foldernames [closed]

I have changed my system language. After the login there was a pop-up-window asking me if I want to change the foldernames too. I quited the popup-window. But I want to change the foldernames too. How to get the popup again, or how to change the foldernames later?

On the command line this should be xdg-user-dirs-gtk-update.
