I just installed Fedora 23 and now I am not able to boot Windows. In the GRUB I just see Fedora 23 and the rescue Fedora option. What can I do? I can mount Windows partition from files in Fedora, so the partition exists.

Don't worry - your Windows installation is most likely still there. You have to reinstall GRUB. Search the web or this site as this questions has been asked and answered many times.

It could well be that the commands sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg and sudo grub2-install /dev/sda fix your problem. If you are on an (U)EFI installation, the path to grub.cfg is different (/boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg) as well grub install destination. Before hacking these commands in, I'd suggest you read a little bit - there is plenty of information about grub and dual boot online.

Useful programs for you could be os-prober and grub-customizer. If you need further help, please also post the output of fdisk -l here.

Something to start exploring:
