I'm currently running F18 and using Chrome as my primary browser.

For some reason, the Flash Player plugin is still not allowing me to view content. I've been to chrome:plugins and have enabled Adobe Flash Player - Version: 11.5.31.138 as well as libpepflashplayer. However, I still cannot view content, and am only able to see the message, "Couldn't load plug-in." whenever I view a video on YouTube for example.

Is there something that I'm missing here? I've also tried rebooting Chrome, reloading any pages, etc.

Is this Chrome you're doing this with or rather Chromium? If it's Chrome, I would uninstall it, then re-install it. Trying to use the Adobe Plugin with Chrome will not work. If it is indeed Chromium you're using, follow the HOWTO that is the Fedora Project's wiki and symlink the lib to the correct place. Just google "Flash Player Fedora" and it will be the first hit.
