Hello!

I used to connect to a VPN ( freel2tpvpn.com ), so I could watch BBC content via get_iplayer. It worked well under Fedora 22; I just did the basic and fairly easy routine of downloading NetworkManager-l2tp and setting it up via the graphical interface. It was just fine for me, since - albeit being an old linux user - I never tried to understand how things really worked and was happy to let them to themselves. The thing is that, now that I'm back to Fedora (short detour with Ubuntu), it just doesn't work like it used to. All the settings are the same as before:

L2TP SETTINGS

*Gateway="uk.freel2tpvpn.com"; *Username="vpn"; *Password="freel2tp";

IPSEC SETTINGS

*Group Name=blank;
*Gateway ID=blank;
*Pre-shared key="freel2tp";

PPP SETTINGS

ALL BOXES TICKED;

Now, when I click on "connect", it simply fails, time after time. I don't know if there's a log to it - I'm just a dumb final user. I would so much appreciate if any of you could give me an answer - I'm missing my BBC programs!

Cheers from Brazil,

Gu
