I downloaded the file Fedora-Live-Workstation-x86_64-23-10 from the fedora website. I created the live version using several different programs, such as LiveUSB creator, and WIN32DismImager, etc. In Windows when the USB is plugged in, the computer recognized the USB no problem. When I restart, and hit f12 the usb drive is not listed as a boot option. I use Kali, and other linux programs from other USB drives, so I know my computer is capable of doing this.

I had the same problem booting elementary os live on my uefi system, it boots fine in non uefi environments so I followed a guide on booting an iso image through a loopback device using grub with the advantage of having multiple iso images on the pendrive (and permanent storage as well).

This answer would be more beneficial to all if you would post the guide mentioned. Thanks

I followed this guide for elementary os: , then I tried Fedora-Live-KDE iso that seems not having any UEFI boot loader, so I just added a new entry in previously created grub.cfg adapted from here: (Fedora Live section). Hope this help.
