KVM and Windows 10 graphics

Has anyone had any luck with high-performance graphics with a Windows 10 KVM guest?

I see QXL/Spice as a possible thing to try, but the virtio-win drivers look dated.

I see some drivers here http://people.redhat.com/~vrozenfe/qx... but it's not obvious if they'll work with Windows 10.

Any ideas?
