How to reformat a bootable Flash Drive

I want to erase all contents from my bootable flash drive (It contains Fedora). Please tell me how, because I can't format it using only right-click, and select method.

you can start Gnome Disk, delete the existing partitions on the usb drive and create a new one, done.

Generally speaking, flash drives use the VFAT filesystem. To format a flash drive at /dev/sdc1, do this as root: mkfs.vfat /dev/sdc1 and the drive can be mounted (but not in use) when you do it. If you don't know what device it is, do this as a regular user: cat /etc/mtab and it will be the very last line.

You can use the "erase partition" option in the Windows 10 installer to format the flash drive and install Windows 10 on it.
