installing akmod-wl package offline

I have two Fedora machines - one Fedora 22 (offline) and the other Fedora 23 (online).

I just installed a new wifi card in the Fedora 22 machine and I need to install the akmod-wl package to get it working. A wired connection isn't available so I can't just connect and install the package.

I need to download the required package(s) on the Fedora 23 machine and then transfer them to the Fedora 22 machine and install them. I've never done something like this before and it seems like there could be a few tricky steps needed in order for this to work.

Could anyone walk me through step by step?

You need some packages from RPMFusion Free, RPMFusion Nonfree and your favourite fedora repo. Here's the list.

 akmod-wl rpmfusion-nonfree
 broadcom-wl rpmfusion-nonfree
 kmodtool rpmfusion-free
 akmods rpmfusion-free
 dwz fedora
 fakeroot fedora
 fakeroot-libs fedora
 ghc-srpm-macros fedora
 gnat-srpm-macros fedora
 go-srpm-macros fedora
 kernel-devel fedora
 ocaml-srpm-macros fedora
 perl-generators fedora
 perl-srpm-macros fedora
 redhat-rpm-config fedora
 rpm-build fedora
 rpmdevtools fedora
 xemacs-filesystem fedora
 cpp fedora
 gcc fedora
 isl fedora
 libmpc fedora

Make sure you're installing the kernel-devel matching your running kernel in F22.

You'll also need the keys (Free Nonfree) for the RPMFusion repo. Install this first.

Once installed the keys, a simple

 sudo dnf install *.rpm

on the folder where you downloaded/copied all the rpm should be enough.
