Fedora 21, Maybe this has already been answered, but I'll give it a try. I am not looking to bond the nics. I have connected my headless box thru a 2wire router to the internet with a wifi card. I also connect with a wired connection to the same router for only local access. In networkmanager for the wired connection, under IPv4 settings I check "Require IPv4 addressing....", also under Routes I check "Use this connection only for resources on its network". Using DHCP It aquires two different IP addresses one for the outside world and the other for the local network. All seems to work fine, I can connect NOMACHINE NX to the local IP and access the internet on the other IP. After a few minutes of surfing, downloading, the data on the wireless connection stops. The connection to router is maintained, the router shows the wifi as connected. The NX desktop works to the headless inwhich I can ping the router, anything else on the local network, a ping to the internet ex or does not return, showing 100% loss. The ping to resolves to an IP address, but 100% loss. Using networkmanager I can disconnect the wifi the reconnect and all is well for a few minutes, then repeat. Looking to dmseg I find " wlp2s0: deauthenticating from xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx by local choice (Reason: 3=DEAUTH_LEAVING)" I have tried open and wpa/wpa2 security with same issue. If I do not connect the local wired connection the wireless is stable. I hope that someone can resolve this so that I can use both nic.

The problem seems to be fixed by using the wireless for the local, also I am using fixed lan ip addresses for the nics that are connected.
