Fedora 23, KDE. When I open Power Management in System Setting it says that Power Management configuration module could not be loaded. The Power Management Service appears not to be running. This can be solved by starting or scheduling it inside "Startup and Shutdown", and the whole tab is grayed.

I have the Power Management service running in Background Services tab of Startup and Shutdown in System Settings. I can stop it and start without problems. Also the upower.service is running and I can restart it without problems.

The problem is that the screen turns off after 5 min of inactivity and I can't change any settings about it. I tried to edit ~/.config/powermanagementprofilesrc and the Dim screen checkbox turned off in Power Management, but the screen still turns off after 5 min.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Don't know if it's related, but when I try to start the KSysguard service in Background Services tab of Startup and Shutdown in System Settings I get the error "Unable to start server ksysguard".

After installing the next update which contained a bunch of kf5-* packets the Power Management started working.
