i encounter an issue with the wireless connection of my laptop. I install a fresh Fedora 23 last night and it's impossible to use the wifi.

I selected my hotspot, i receive an ip address from the dhcp server, but, connection is not working. Impossible to ping my devices on the network.

My chipset is : [root@fed ~]# lspci | grep Network 05:00.0 Network controller: Qualcomm Atheros AR928X Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Exp enter code hereress) (rev 01)e

[root@fed ~]# ip addr show wlp5s0

Welcome to ask.fedora. Can you ping anything outside your LAN using an IP address? Try this to find out: sudo traceroute -I 23.202.254.127 because that will show you how far the attempt gets if it fails. (You need sudo for this because -I requires root.) Edit your question to include the results, as you only get one answer per question.

Same problem I had faced. Please try the steps which I had tried. Even if you are driver installation not avauilable/fails to install , try rest of the command. https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/ques...
