Hi all.

When I run Fedora 23 live I can not get an IP address through DHCP. If I set it statically with nm-cli o even through GUI, everything works fine.

It is happening since Fedora 21, but since we are considering now deploy Fedora in a massive way, this is a really annoying issue.

Any ideas?

Best regards

Your problem may not necessary have something to do with Fedora. Please Turn your modem OFF then back ON. Check if you receive a DHCP IP now. A brief explanation (nothing to do with fedora) it has to do with your modem setup: [DHCP server parameters] range and lease time.
