Super key doesn't get recognized when configuring keyboard shortcuts

My Super (Windows) key works all around the desktop, but trying to enter it for a new keyboard shortcut in Settings, either alone or in a combination with another key, doesn't work. It just doesn't register the Super key.

I've googled for an answer and couldn't find one. Could it be that I am running under Wayland?

The specific combination I was trying was Super+Pgup , which was only registering as Pgup. This is the shortcut for 'Workspace up' which is one of the few shortcuts that don't work, along with Workspace down. This may have to do with the fact that I use a laptop where pgup/pgdn are in the numeric keypad. I'll be filling a bug later today.

I have the same problem but only under Wayland session. Gnome X11 works fine and I assume Gnome classic too

I experienced some graphic bugs, I thinks I'd to wait a little bit for Wayland !

Perhaps that's it! I'm also running with Wayland.

Still actual, fedora 27, gnome3, bug may be appeared after I reinstalled MMOD panel(I installed one thru terminal, and later thru software app, appeared two of them, I removed them and installed from software again) and shortcuts failed. + my media keys and calculator on keyboard also stopped working.
