Hi, I am having trouble updating my first blog post on Planet Fedora. I cannot login to my fedorapeople.org account with ssh(error resolving hostname). Is there any other way to login and publish without involving ssh or a solution to this?

I cannot connect even if I give IP address instead. Ping to any IP doesnt work. Using LAN/Wifi alternatively

Welcome to ask.fedora. Try traceroute 23.202.254.127 because I know that it responds. If you get nothing back but asterisks, try sudo traceroute -I 23.202.254.127 because you need root for that, but you're more likely to get responses to ICMP ECHO requests. Let us know if it gets through or not and we'll work from there.

Check your DNS configuration:

$ dig +short fedorapeople.org
152.19.134.196
$ dig  fedorapeople.org @8.8.8.8 +short
152.19.134.196

You also need to ensure you are providing the correct username and ssh key.

Just learnt that IMAP port is blocked by our university and hence cannot ping/login using ssh. Any other way to login to fedorapeople.org ?

IMAP and ssh are completely unrelated and do not use the same port. Yes, ssh is the only mechanism available to log in to fedorapeople.

As @randomuser mentioned in the comment, ssh is the only mechanism available to log in to fedorapeople. I used a VPN to login since both IMAP and SSH ports were blocked. Creating a Digital Ocean Droplet is another alternative.(can be a temporary one too)
