Cannot access to localhost with 127.0.0.1

When I type 127.0.0.1 in address bar of browser, I get the following result:

Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.22 (Fedora) Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 80

What can cause this problem?

Type this in terminal : sudo service httpd restart

And type 127.0.0.1:80 on web browser and check.
