So I have tried java -jar Minecraft.jar and java -Xmx1024M -Xms512M -jar /home/Username/.minecraft/minecraft.jar BUT none have worked. (A simple answer would be nice)

Welcome to ask.fedora. I found these instructions at another forum. They're for Fedora 21, but should work just as well for 22. Let us know how they work, and feel free to ask for more help if needed. (Best thing is to edit your question, or add a comment as you only get to give one answer to any question.)

The command didn't work. (I still got Error: Unable to access jarfile Mincraft.jar)

Do you have ownership of the file? If not chown yourusername:yourprimarygroup minecraft.jar. Is the file executable? If not chmod +x minecraft.jar.

the 'Minecraft.jar' part is a path to a file. You need to spell it correctly, and the path needs to be correct.
