/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_root does not contain valid partition table

I have fresh installation of fedora on my system but when i am using this command to check the space of my system,i am getting this warnings.

fdisk -l

/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_home does not contain valid partition table

/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_root does not contain valid partition table

/dev/mapper/volgroup-lv_swap does not contain valid partition table

How to resolve this problem ?

Fedora 15 isn't fresh - in fact, it is going to reach it's expiration date soon. It may be a good idea to update before you get too invested in this installation.

I did re-installation and this time i created different partition manually instead of choosing the option of use all space during installation.

May be the problem is when we are choosing a use all space during installation system is not able create those partition properly i guess but i am not sure. and this won't be true in all cases.
