Hello Everyone,

I'll try to make this as detailed as possible, Laptop : Asus N56VJ/Fedora 22

dnf update

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bumblebee

From there

dnf -y install libbsd-devel libbsd glibc-devel libX11-devel help2man autoconf git tar glib2 glib2-devel kernel-devel kernel-headers automake gcc gtk2-devel

dnf -y install VirtualGL & dnf -y install VirtualGL.i686

I did NOT - Install Bumblebee for Nouveau (Should I ?)

dnf -y install http://install.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/yum... /public/bumblebee /fedora22/noarch/bumblebee-release-1.2-1.noarch.rpm

dnf -y install http://install.linux.ncsu.edu/pub/yum... /bumblebee-nonfree/fedora22/noarch /bumblebee-nonfree-release-1.2-1.noarch.rpm

dnf -y install bbswitch bumblebee bumblebee-nvidia

Reboot

optirun glxgears -info | grep "GL_VENDOR"

OUTPUT :

[root@localhost ~] $ optirun glxspheres [ 2306.251504] [ERROR]The Bumblebee daemon has not been started yet or the socket path /var/run/bumblebee.socket was incorrect. [ 2306.251612] [ERROR]Could not connect to bumblebee daemon - is it running?

Ran - bumblebee-nvidia --debug

OUTPUT :

Error: No Nvidia blob in /etc/sysconfig/nvidia/

Now, I've tried multiple ways of installing the drivers and I need some help, so if someone could please explain how to do this correctly

Thank you in advance,

Dima
