I want to download fedora 14 kernal 2.6

downloaded the os and install it but after selecting drive it shows welcome to fedora for i386 in blue screen for long time. please help me to install

The title is not consistent with the content (issue with the installation and not with the download).

Fedora 14 is not supported for a while. Only versions 21 & 22 are. Have you a particular need to install this obsolete version?

To help you, you need to provide more information (explicit message, step...).

If you want to download a lighter Fedora version, try the LXDE spin.

If you chose it because a class uses it, you should use Centos 6 instead. It's not exactly the same, but it's less dead.

Hi, welcome to ask.Fedora.

Did you know that Fedora 14 is about 5 years old, and not supported anymore? Unless, you have very good reasons to go with Fedora 14 and Kernel 2.6, I would recommend you to download the current Fedora version 22.

If you chose Fedora 14 because your machine is not very recent, I'd recommend you to try it with a less demanding Desktop Environment like XFCE, or LXDE, both available for 32 and 64 bit.
