This extension does not work for me under Gnome 3.0. I tried all suggestions in the / file to no avail. The recommendation: gnome-shell-extension-tool -e returns an error: 'gnome-shell-extension-tool: error: no such option: -e' I do not know whether or not it works under Gnome 3.2, haven't tested it yet.

It only works for Gnome 3 and above, and you don't have to do the gnome-shell-extension-tool -e option. If everything is alright, then just reloading the Gnome Shell results in the Fedora logo

After lot of search found a gnome-shell-extension which needs to be downloaded from below link -

Extract it into $HOME/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions

Do a "Alt+F2" and enter "r" to reload the Gnome3 shell and voila you have "Activities" text replaced by Fedora logo :)

One small check is to verify the metadata.json file under the extracted folder to check it specifies the same version of Gnome-Shell you are using or not, if not just change it.
