Hello everyone. I am from Brazil and I am not new to Linux, but am to Fedora.

I loved to use it, but I must say I am quite enraged with the lack of sound in my box.

I have an origin laptop with dual nvidia gtx 580M. I rarely post on forums because I always ( or almost ), can solve my issues with the answer I find. This time i found some problems similar to mine, but even though I followed all guides I found, I couldn't make the sound work for me.. I even compiled alsa passing hw info directly on code, and still nothing.

Here is my alsa-info.sh:

http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=c96fa33e486a99084fc52823d67c08beb29c1230

Let's see if someone can help me, so I dont have to use Ubuntu !

Cheers

Have you tried this yet? http://fedoraunity.org/Members/fenris02/pulseaudio-fixes-and-workarounds.

It generally fixes most issues with sound on Fedora.
