Running Fedora22 Workstation.

In Fedora21, I used an application 'Gnome Schedule' to schedule specific tasks at sepcific times. It is a GUI frontend for cron.

In Fedora22, dnf search gnome-schedule returns no packages found.

How can I schedule recurring task to be executed at a specific hour, etc.?

Looks like package was orphaned in Fedora 21 and retired in F22. That's why it is not the repositories currently.

I'm not sure about graphical applications for this but you can always use pure crontab. Comand crontab -e will edit current user crontab in your default text editor. Syntax there is simple and this wikipedia article basically covers all the things you need :-) There's also man 1 crontab ;-)
