I was adding a new "DEFAULT" panel on the KDE desktop (secondary monitor) and noticed that no panel showed up. I tested the Add New Panel function on my primary screen and an empty panel was added without issue. I moved this panel over to my secondary and began to add widgets. However, I'm noticing that in the list of widgets it shows 2 instances of the items that would be included in a default panel have already been added. I'm assuming this means that that the panel I attempted to add on the secondary monitor was added but is not being displayed. How would I be able to confirm and/or remove it?

A recent KDE update has forced the panels to appear and I was able to successfully remove them. So we can call it good. It would still be interesting to know what caused this to begin with. Thanks anyways.
