I'm using the Live USB creater for windows and it works ok, but as a USB stick can easily be lost I really need Full Disk Encryption (FDE).

I've tried all possible ways I could think off but no luck so far. Any ideas?

Well i never runed fedora from usb with full disk encryption, but i did it with backtrack. So you might want to check out this backtrack how-to, and use fedora instead backtrack http://www.infosecramblings.com/backtrack/backtrack-4-bootable-usb-thumb-drive-with-full-disk-encryption/ However i would suggest doing from linux system rather than windows ( imho )
