How to change layout shortcuts in F22?

But I can't switch it to Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift. There are nothing happens. How to change it to Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift?

Isn't Super + Space very convenient for changing keyboard layout?

Sorry for bumping up an old thread but "modifiers only" shortcuts can be defined as I answered in comments on this question. < shamelessselfpromotion on > I even wrote a blog on this topic ;-)

You need something more than Ctrl+Shift or Alt-Shift.

The concept seems to be 'Modifier'+'Key'. With C-S and A-S, we are only providing modifiers; the key element is missing.
