Solved
1.Unmount ExternalHD
2.fsck -y /dev/sda7
Then it will clean all the error but some of it when recovered are numbers like this #12345678 <-**
3.You will found your files from the folder Lost+found <- Hidden
4.You Successfully Recovered Your Corrupted Files.
5.I Recovered files my after alot of research because i panic, it took me 7hours to recovered but it is worth it.

How my 1 folder gets to be corrupted
    1. i created a folder
    2. after a i create a folder i copy the files from the new folder
    3. when im copying the file my liveos from the usb freezes
4.when i open the folder it has a pop-up error

This location could not be displayed.

my other folders work but this folder wont open > OPEN when i open this error pops up because of this folder 'Documents Mar 12 2015'

The filesystem corruption happened because the disk froze up. The "answer" is as below; run e2fsck on a block device, not a folder in the mount point for the block device, but you should also think about why the corruption happened in the first place. You have several USB storage devices; if they are all using USB for power it can cause this. If you unplug it while in use it can cause corruption - and it might be getting used in the background, so it is important to unmount safely. The disk itself could be failing.

File system in partition sdc7 is corrupted and fsck is required.

fsck -y /dev/sdc7

fsck work on disk and not on directory

your fs has too many error so the -y option is needed.

to save the output (usefull to control the content of lost+found directory at end)

script fsck.out
fsck -y /dev/sdXX
ctrl-d (to quit)

I hope to find an older PDF that explains how to use fsck in a clear and simple way.

This doesn't answer your question, and there's no context. Why are you answering your question with a list of files?
