I have installed fedora 22 last week and on first two days before installing rpmfusion, dnf upgrade command worked perfect but after installing rpmfusion, dnf upgrade always says

dnf upgrade Last metadata expiration check performed 1:00:00 ago on Tue July 7 21:12:45 2015. Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do. Complete

Even I did dnf clean all and dnf autoremove but nothing change this.

Everything seems to be fine. As dnf stated: Nothing to do. What are you worrying about?

1/ Try the refresh command option to "set metadata as expired before running the command" (man page) : sudo dnf --refresh upgrade

2/ or run dnf clean metadata then dnf upgrade (what you did).

3/ or edit /etc/dnf/dnf.conf and add/change this line : metadata_expire=0 (temporary solution)
