Fedora 22 has no ath9k driver for Atheros AR9485 wireless

I upgraded from Fedora 21 to 22, and this broke my internet connection.

The system is a Dell with a built-in Atheros AR9485 wireless adapter, which normally uses the ath9k driver. This worked fine under both Fedora 20 and 21, but Fedora 22 has no ath9k driver - none got installed in the upgrade, and a "dnf search all ath9k" finds no matches.

The system normally has no other network connection. For now, I'm working around the lack of wireless by using a long cat5 cable running down a hallway, but I can't do that long term.

Is there any way to get the system's wireless working under Fedora 22? - or should I go back to 21?

It's still there

$ locate ath9k.ko

$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/modules/4.0.4-303.fc22.x86_64/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath9k/ath9k.ko.xz

Is kernel-modules package installed?, have you tried

modprobe ath9k
