I have fresh installed Fedora 22 yesterday and now I would like to install RPMFusion repo with the correct method. On RPMFusion site configuration section says commandline method :

su -c 'yum install --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/f... -E %fedora).noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfre... -E %fedora).noarch.rpm'

but in the above method there is no Fedora version mentioned during installation that's why I am confused.

Have you tried that method, and if so, what happened?

As I answered in https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/ques... and improve a little bit now, first we should :

rpmkeys --import "http://rpmfusion.org/keys?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-free-fedora-22" "http://rpmfusion.org/keys?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-nonfree-fedora-22"

and after we can do :

dnf install http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-22.noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-22.noarch.rpm

with gpg verification and no need use --nogpg

I don't see you point (fedora is mentioned into your links). Into the command line section from the RPM Fusion web site, the instructions are provided for Fedora :

su -c 'dnf install --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm'

That works like a charm.
