is there a solution for this Bug:


LiveImage won't get an IP

can i change the default behaviour of the LiveImage like this:

'To work around the issue, create a file /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf with the contents: send dhcp-client-identifier = hardware;

very intelligent answer > try to boot liveimage in this setup....the parameter is not configured in the liveimage.....

Ah, I see. sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager after making the change should cause it to take effect.

no, this wont work... at boot there is no tty... after boot i had to configure the system via cfengine, but without IP, i cant get policies from the central server....
