Boot fedora 16 is slow. This is the log. What happens between 18° and 48° seconds?

If you're still worried about slow boot times, you could try installing the bootchart package. You'll find it in the yum repos.

Bootchart analyses what is happening during the boot process and it generates a neat graphical chart letting you clearly see what activites are taking a long time. http://www.bootchart.org/

Which hardware you are using? How much RAM is there on system. If can post out of chkconfig --list after system boot.
