default gateway UG 100 0 0 enp3s0
default homerouter.cpe UG 600 0 0 wlp2s0 gateway UG 100 0 0 enp3s0 gateway UG 100 0 0 enp3s0 gateway UG 100 0 0 enp3s0 U 600 0 0 wlp2s0 U 0 0 0 virbr0 U 100 0 0 enp3s0

Under “Settings” → Network, if you click on your Wired connection on the left, then click the settings (gear wheel) on the right. In the details window that appears, click the “IPv4” label on the left, then scroll to the bottom, and ✓ the box labeled □ Use this connection only for resources on its network. This will prevent NetworkManager from setting a default route through it.

If you're not using NetworkManager, make sure it's disabled, or it may overwrite the changes you're trying to make.
