Hi

I am installing LabView from an .iso file. However I am unable to mount the image. I have created the directory /mount/iso/ and run the command

sudo mount -t iso9660 -o loop /tmp/ASLFall2013MacLinux.iso /mnt/iso/

I get the error message

mount: /dev/loop9 is write-protected, mount iso mounting read-only
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/loop9

I also tried mount -r for read-only but without success.

I am not entirely sure where the problem is. Any ideas on how to solve this is greatly appreciated.

You should validate the ISO file - sounds like it may not be correct/corrupt or just bad.
