Hi,

fastestmirror automatically selects a mirror which is close to me, but does not work because of a changed path I believe ( http://fedora.mirror.root.lu/ )

My question: How can I disable this mirror host in the dnf configuration ?

If there is an error on that mirror server, then they should really be notified. If you're having trouble with it, you could always add an entry to your /etc/hosts file to point that hostname at your localhost, so it never contacts that server. It'll still fail, but will be more likely to fail much quicker, yum will not be able to gather any repository information, so will move on to the next mirror.
