Need more information. You see a black screen when? When you try to boot the LiveCD? Did you see a grub menu? Or have you installed Fedora but not the driver, and you see a black screen when booting into it? Or have you installed Fedora, booted into it and then tried to install your drivers and afterwords you got the black screen? How did you get your drivers? Do you see the Fedora logo when booting?

Ok, you're trying to install Fedora and you are unable to boot into it. "you need to load the kernel first" Can you tell me the exact error? Write it down, or take a picture with your phone. What happens if you run the first option in the fedora menu (i think it's something like "Try Fedora LiveCD" or something like that).

the exact error is "error: file `/isolinux/vmlinuzo not found error: you need to load the kernel first" i see this error when i use the first option and the second one.

Ok, you're trying to install Fedora, and grub can't find "/isolinux/vmlinuz0". This means that grub is having a problem getting to the kernel (it might be possible to fix in EFI/BOOT/grub.cfg). This usually happens if you try to create the USB in some non standard way. The easiest solution is to make sure you created the USB boot disk correctly. If you're currently running linux, you should just use dd if=<fedoralivecd>.iso of=/dev/sdX where sdX is your usb device and <fedoralicecd>.iso is the iso (use blkid or lsblk to get a list of your devices). If you're running windows, use SUSE Studio ImageWriter or Rawrite32 to write the image.

Thank you so so much, u made my day. SUSE Studio works like a charm :) OK for the Nvidia GTX 970 what is the best way to install the drivers, the latest one.

Regards

The open source 'nouveau' drivers should be working by default. Open a terminal and run the command glxgears -info | grep GL_VENDOR to confirm it's working. You may want the proprietary drivers, available from rpmfusion. After enabling the rpmfusion repository, here is how you can install the drivers. Alternatively (and potentially more difficult, but potentially more up to date), you can install the drivers directly from nvidia. Note that if you do that, you'll need to update it yourself.

yeah i want to install the proprietary drivers, but the problem is downloading speed is very very slow 10kb/s at it is not completing downloading at all, i'm waiting for it for 3 hours

I'm not sure why your connection to the rpmfusion repo is slow. You can try using a mirror for another server.
