Both firefox and nautilus fail to open and say libicudata.so.54 not found on a freshly installed f22. What should I do?

Were there any errors in the installation? Firefox or another package should've pulled in this requirement. Anyway, @leigh123linux's answer should fix it.

No there weren't any errors. But when I install this stick in UEFI laptop and the default entry "Test media...", it says something like system halted. You should not use this media.
