Fedora 22: With KDE, can't drag edge of windows to resize

Having upgraded to Fedora 22, and using KDE, I can no longer resize windows by dragging them at their edges, and there doesn't seem to be any setup/config option to enable the old behaviour.

"alt+right mouse button" resizes window.

This is not what I like but may help for now.

Click the Icon at the top left of the window, select "more actions" then "Resize". the cursor then goes to bottom right corner where moving the mouse will resize the window. Click again to stop dragging. It helps to start with the window at the top left of the screen so you will have more room to drag as far as you want. You can also get the menu by right click the title bar.
