I found a software in the ppa repository which fits my needs(to show key stats on screen, including the sticky keys) but I don't know how to install it in fedora since ppa is ubuntu's repository, are there any way to do this?

plasma-widget-kbstate is the software in ppa, link is here

Or are there any software which can run in kde to fit my needs? there is another somehow relative question here

I don't use KDE but it looks like you need to build the widget yourself. I am looking at some documentation and I don't think that it will be too hard.
