I am unable to access the settings. Whenever I press the button for the setting the loading symbol pops up and then does nothing. When i tried using the live version the settings worked but when i installed to my drive it does not work. I am using a lenovo yoga pro 2.

Depending on which desktop environment you're running you can try starting the control center from terminal; for GNOME gnome-control-center and for KDE4 it's systemsettings.

So you're running GNOME; open a terminal, go to the overview by pressing the Win/Super key or going to the top left hand corner with the mouth then type "terminal" then press Enter.

In the terminal window type gnome-control-center then press Enter (you can also highlight the text from this post then middle click in the terminal window).

Post any error messages it prints here.

This is the error I am getting: error while loading shared libraries: libxslt.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If this is a new installation then I suspect that there's something wrong either with the ISO file you downloaded or with the installation media you created.

Did you verify the ISO file?

Firstly tell me which desktop your using ?? If you are using GNOME desktop --> Press "Super Key" then type Settings" and Enter. Here you go.

OR

Click on upper left corner "Activities" after that click on "Show Applications" and then "Browse For Settings" Click to Open it.

Hope this will help You.

I downloaded the workstation. I am not sure if that's what you are asking. I can see the settings button but they do not open. I can see it loading then it disappears.
