This isn't 'any package' - you're specifically trying to install TeamViewer, and it is specifically requesting a library that is not available in your repos.

  1. Switch to root mode

  2. Download teamviewer key

    wget http://download.teamviewer.com/downlo...

  3. Import key

    rpm --import TeamViewer_Linux_PubKey.asc

  4. Download Teamviewer

    wget http://download.teamviewer.com/downlo...

  5. Install Teamviewer

    dnf install teamviewer.i686.rpm

Hello. Checking my system, this library is provided by package libSM which can be found in repo called 'fedora'.

$ dnf whatprovides */libSM.so.6
Last metadata expiration check performed 0:08:49 ago on Mon Dec 21 11:21:57 2015.
libSM-1.2.2-2.fc22.i686 : X.Org X11 SM runtime library
Repo : fedora
libSM-1.2.2-2.fc22.x86_64 : X.Org X11 SM runtime library
Repo : fedora

From one of the output here it looks like you have enabled repo with Test Updates only.

As a workaround try to install the package with following:

# dnf install team* --enablerepo=fedora --enablerepo=updates

As a solution, enable 'fedora' and 'updates' repos permanently in their configuration files.

Team viewer is not available in fedora/rpmfusion repos. You have to download the rpm file from the team viewer website first.

Then go to the downloaded file location and as root do

dnf install teamviewer.i686.rpm

dnf will handle the dependencies.

Also if you haven't configured the rpmfusion repos,

As root do

yum localinstall --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm
