I am using the broadcom 43142 wifi driver. This is as much as I know. I am a total newbie to the linux world and have negligible knowledge of the commands. So I am finding it extremely difficult to proceed. How do I connect through wifi to the internet in fedora 21. Kindly help me out.

Do you see the wifi network that you want to connect in the drop down menu of power button at the top right corner?
