Is there a package to locally install the documentation in this link:?

I know how to do it with wget but a distribution package would be more convenient

wget \
--recursive \
--no-clobber \
--page-requisites \
--html-extension \
--convert-links \
--domains \
--no-parent \

There isn't packaged documentation, other than the Release Notes, but you can build locally with a little effort to have your own html copy. Here's how:

  • Install some packages:
 # yum install publican publican-fedora git
$ git clone

The git repository has a branch for each supported version of Fedora. By default, you get the 'master' branch, the development copy. Check the list of branches and choose one as shown below, then build the doc.

git branch -r
git checkout 21
publican clean
  • Build the book
$ publican build --langs en-US --formats html,html-single,html-desktop,epub,pdf
  • Read the book
$ firefox tmp/en-US/html-desktop/index.html

Patches welcome :)

Do you see the downward pointing arrows on the right in the picture..... if you either hover over or press them you can select to view the files/guides in multiple formats, in the pdf format I know you can download it to your system. I don't know your pdf viewer but in mine I can download it when it's open.

Good and I would upvote if I could. But I'm really after HTML
