I am using Fedora 21 on Dell Inspiron 5520, if there is wireless network traffic the bluetooth mouse starts lagging several seconds. This makes it unusable, I have to resort to using the touchpad which is fine. The problem grows with higher rates of wifi traffic. If I disable Wifi the mouse works great.

The Wireless chip is Broadcom 4365 and the mouse is Apple magic mouse. The bluez version is 5.23

Well not sure this will help, can you change you device frequency blue thooth or wifi there is an option on some wifi routers to allow work with blue tooth check if your wifi router has it, it may help if non of those options are available not sure how that can work.

I checked by changing frequencies but it didn't help.

Is the Broadcom 4365 responsible for your bluetooth as well as Wi-Fi.(since many wireless chips have both functions combined). If so - it's probably a drive issue and since it's Broadcom, I'd advise you to use the proprietary driver or if not - try using an external Bluetooth dongle for receiving your mouse - there are small, really cheap ones which will do just fine. Also check the output power of your wifi adapter - iwconfig should show it and the output power of your router(depends on the region set in the settings).
